Your key responsibilities will include:
• Conducting regular patrols and monitoring CCTV surveillance systems
• Responding to emergency situations and providing first aid when necessary
• Investigating incidents and preparing detailed reports
• Interacting with tenants and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have:
• A strong understanding of emergency procedures and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Standard First Aid and CPR certification
• A clean driving record and a valid G-class driver’s license
