Core Responsibilities General Labour
As a General Labourer, you’ll be an essential part of a dynamic production team, contributing to the manufacturing of high-quality components. Your primary duties will include:
🔧 Tool Use & Assembly
- Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and air tools to perform production tasks.
- Assemble and inspect metal components for accuracy and quality.
- Handle materials efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

- Follow detailed production methods and work instructions.
- Support the team by being flexible and versatile, working across multiple workstations to meet production targets.

Required Qualifications

Training and Onboarding
All new hires undergo a comprehensive training program, initially working on either the day or night shift during the training period. Once trained and proficient, you’ll transition into your permanent Friday–Sunday shift.
