  • Accurately scan, load, and unload packages while maintaining detailed records of shipments and delivery confirmations.

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Serve as a role model for other hourly team members by demonstrating professionalism, punctuality, and operational excellence at all times.
  • Mentor and support new or junior couriers by sharing knowledge, best practices, and delivering informal training when appropriate.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with supervisors, dispatch teams, and other couriers to promote a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Customer Engagement & Service Excellence

  • Represent the company as a frontline ambassador by delivering packages courteously and professionally.
  • Promote ongoing customer satisfaction by resolving delivery-related inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
  • Identify potential sales leads and revenue-generating opportunities while interacting with clients, referring them to relevant sales teams when appropriate.
