Description

• Research and identify grant opportunities for nonprofit funding.
• Assist in drafting and editing grant proposals, ensuring alignment with funding requirements.
• Mainta
in a database of grant deadlines, submission statuses, and funding organizations.
• Identify and research potential partners, donors, and funding opportunities.
• Support outreach efforts by drafting emails and follow-ups to potential stakeholders.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings with prospective partners.
• Develop and edit marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
• Manage email campaigns to engage with donors and supporters.
• Assist with social media management and website content updates as needed.
• Maintain organized records of proposals, donor communications, and partnership interactions.
• Provide reports on outreach and grant application progress.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding applications and communications.

Hard Requirements:

• Experience in grant writing, nonprofit fundraising, or business development (1+ years preferred).
• Strong research and analytical skills for identifying funding opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and email outreach tools.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• Marketing or social media experience is a plus.

Schedule:

• 20 Hours/Week
• Monday-Friday 2PM-6PM Eastern Standard Time

Offer and Benefits:

• $4USD/hour
• HMO coverage after 1 year of employment.
