**About the Role**:
You will work cross-functionally with other teams (i.e. Support, Operations, Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal) to lead high impact initiatives that can scale new lines of business across the US & Canada while offering ownership and autonomy over your work as we exponentially grow this new arm of the Uber Eats business.
• *What You’ll Do**:

– Analyze sophisticated data, build models, and aggregate insights to drive key business decisions and policies
– Proactively scope insights-driven projects to help grow our merchant/earner/consumer base; take accountability for project outcomes, ensure delivery on metrics, & keep others informed of progress
– Define critical metrics and develop dashboards to track business performance; report findings to leadership to define long-term strategy and decision-making
– Develop tools and training to enable local teams to optimize our investments, marketplace, and most valuable partnerships
• *Basic Qualifications**:

– 2+ years of work experience in a related field (consulting, operations, strategy, analytics, tech, investment banking), or 1+ years of experience with a relevant Masters degree
• *Preferred Qualifications**:

– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
– Excel/Google Sheets proficiency. SQL proficiency strongly preferred. Python a plus.
– Experience problem solving and proposing unique solutions to complex issues
– Strong experience building and executing complex processes
– Proven ability to balance multiple critical tasks and consistently delivering against hard deadlines
– Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills – building deep, trust-based relationships with territory and cross functional teams
– Unparalleled business judgment and critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to quickly develop strategies and make decisions
