• *What You’ll Do**
– **Strategy**: Identify opportunities to improve our merchant catalogs and improve our processes. Build plans to execute on those opportunities.
– **Data analysis**: Dive into large, complex datasets to diagnose problems and identify opportunities. Build your own analyses and dashboards to measure your projects’ success.
– **Experimentation**: Design and run experiments to explore new opportunities.
– **Stakeholder management**: Orchestrate and bring together a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Product, Sales, and Partner Management while driving accountability to ensure deadlines are met.
– **Handle the big picture and the tiny details**:Drive and support several key initiatives + ongoing work while also keeping an eye on the big picture. Stay organized and be willing to wear many hats and jump in as needed to help the broader team.
• *Basic Qualifications**
– 2+ years of professional experience in a related field (analytics, tech, operations)
– SQL and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
– Bachelor’s Degree
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
• *Preferred Qualifications**
– Experience problem-solving and proposing unique solutions to complex issues
– Proven ability to balance multiple critical tasks, stay organized and consistently deliver against hard deadlines
– Strong data skills including more advanced SQL skills and scripting
– Experience working with technical teams
– Experience improving and scaling processesStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
