Amazon is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to join the Canada French Customer Experience team. This role requires a proven problem solver with analytical skills and ability to drive change across various functional and technical teams.
About the Role
• This Sr. Product Manager will own and drive the charter of improving the shopping experience for French language preference customers.
• The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment, leading not only at the strategic level but also tactically by diving deeply into business and technical domains.
• This role requires strong communication skills to interface and influence across various stakeholders, including individuals at senior levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define ambiguous customer needs into meaningful problem statements and solutions.
• Build roadmaps that prioritize development based on business impact.
• Calculate quantitative value for prioritization and development justification.
• Manage the end-to-end development process from problem identification to implementation.
• Communicate complex requirements and project status to tech and business stakeholders.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
