Role Summary

As a member of the L1 Sales & Distribution Support Team, you’ll play a vital role in providing frontline support for hotel teams and head office users across the Americas. You’ll work in coordination with Level 2 teams, distribution specialists, and external providers to resolve technical and operational issues related to sales systems, distribution platforms, and hotel technology.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve daily support tickets related to Sales & Distribution systems

  • Collaborate across departments (Sales, Distribution, Loyalty, E-commerce, Pricing, HUBs)

  • Act as a point of contact for hotel teams needing technical and process assistance

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and quick response times

  • Escalate and coordinate issues with Level 2 teams as needed

  • Contribute to service improvement by analyzing recurring issues and proposing solutions

  • Use tools like ServiceNow to track support cases and resolutions


Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Background in hotel distribution systems (e.g., CRS, ORS, channel managers)

  • Experience in a support or operational role, ideally within hospitality tech

  • Strong understanding of Accor’s distribution ecosystem is an asset

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and other ticketing platforms

  • Strong communication skills; fluent in English (written, spoken, and read)

  • A positive, proactive, and autonomous mindset

  • Able to manage pressure and prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments

  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills
