Responsibilities of a Style Advisor at Aritzia:
Deliver exceptional customer service to customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
Utilize knowledge of fashion trends and customer preferences to make style recommendations to customers.
Maintain the visual presentation of the store and keep merchandise organized.
Assist in processing sales transactions and accurately handle cash.
Answer customer inquiries about products, pricing, and promotions.
Work with the team to ensure a positive store environment.
Monitor stock levels and ensure products are replenished as needed.
Seek out opportunities to upsell additional items and services.
Monitor the fitting rooms and ensure customers are well taken care of.
Report any customer feedback or suggestions to store management.
