Aritzia is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our retail store team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our inventory processes. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about inventory management and strives to make sure every customer leaves with a great experience.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills and experience with inventory management. You should be driven, self-motivated, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilites:
Maintain and organize inventory records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
Monitor stock levels and ensure all inventory items are properly stocked and accounted for.
Implement inventory control processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency in managing the inventory.
Coordinate with store managers and team members to ensure all inventory needs are met.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding inventory levels and availability.
Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for inventory management.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure there is an adequate supply of items.
Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and analysis.
Participate in regular inventory audits to verify accuracy of records.
