We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team at Aritzia! As an Inventory Associate, you’ll be responsible for executing daily inventory tasks, while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and efficiency. You’ll need to have prior experience in retail inventory management, as well as a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
• Execute daily inventory tasks and maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor retail trends and customer service best practices
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
• Utilize inventory management systems to track and manage stock
• Receive, store, and distribute merchandise
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments
• Unpack and inspect shipments for damages or discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Lift heavy items and stand for extended periods of time
