Culinary Positions:
⢠First, Second, and Third Cooks, and a Chef de Partie: Farm-to-table cooking expertise required
⢠Pastry Chef: Prepare delicious pastries and desserts for our restaurant and take-out program
⢠Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef: Develop leadership skills under Chef Richard’s supervision
⢠Professional Front of House Servers: Upscale servers with extensive wine and cocktail knowledge sought
⢠Bartenders: Knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits required
⢠Hosts/Hostesses: Friendly and organized individuals to greet guests at our restaurant by the lake
⢠Dishwashers: Join our fun and passionate team as a dishwasher, available full-time or part-time
