Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Duties:
– Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
– Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure accuracy
– Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions
– Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling and safety protocols are followed
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiments
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
– Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
– Process payments accurately using POS systems
– Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
– Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
– Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
