As part of our expansion in the Calgary area, we’re looking for a Cantonese-speaking Private Investment Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
This role is ideal for professionals who want to support underserved communities, particularly Cantonese-speaking individuals, in making informed investment decisions. You will work closely with clients to help them understand private investment opportunities that go beyond traditional public markets. No previous financial experience is required—training and mentorship will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with clients and assess their financial goals
• Educate clients on the fundamentals of private investing and available offerings
• Serve the Cantonese-speaking community with clear, culturally sensitive communication
• Follow all compliance protocols and maintain ethical standards
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications:
• Fluency in Cantonese (spoken and written)
• Based in or near Calgary, Alberta
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
• Background in financial services or client relationship management is helpful but not required
