Sault Area Hospital (SAH) is seeking a highly motivated individual who is able to lead multidisciplinary health care teams in an evolving and complex environment. Reporting directly to the Clinical Director for Medicine, the Patient Care Manager for 3C and Stroke is responsible for collaborating with SAH leaders and community partners while overseeing the day-to-day operations and business components of the 3C and Stroke program at Sault Area Hospital including: developing and monitoring annual budgets, and efficiently managing the human and material resources to allow for the delivery of quality person-centered care.
