Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at Naturepedic Leaside in Toronto, Ontario. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
– Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
– Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges.
– Resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring satisfaction.
– Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve service processes.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Naturepedic products, policies, and promotions.

– Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
