We are seeking a highly skilled Sushi Cook to join our team at Rogers Stadium. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook various types of sushi according to the menu
• Manage food preparation activities, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure proper cooking, considering special requests and food allergies
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene principles and safety procedures
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in preparing sushi
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of various sushi types and techniques
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and quality consciousness
• Effective communication skills and a strong team player mentality
