Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Lead Java Developer/Staff Engineer with 15+ years in development, cloud solutions, and DevOps. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, and AWS, along with strong knowledge of microservices, CI/CD, and automation testing. Experience in the retail domain and exposure to Anaplan are a strong plus.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 15+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expert in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Strong experience with Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL, and SQL.
• Proven track record with AWS Cloud (AWS certification is a plus).
• Familiar with CI/CD tools, SonarQube, and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience in retail systems and workflows.
• Knowledge of BDD, unit testing, and test automation.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps tools.
• Experience with Anaplan is highly desirable.
