About the Role
As a new and innovative clinic in the heart of Toronto, Laser X is excited to build a team that embodies our vision of excellence in laser hair removal. We are seeking a talented and experienced Part-Time Laser Hair Removal Esthetician who is passionate about aesthetics and eager to grow with us. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in laser hair removal, particularly with Candela systems, and a desire to help clients feel confident and beautiful. Responsibilities
• Administer laser hair removal treatments using Candela equipment, prioritizing client safety, comfort, and satisfaction during every session.
• Conduct detailed consultations to understand each client’s unique needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Keep accurate and organized records of each client’s progress and treatment history.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements, techniques, and best practices in the laser hair removal industry.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to build lasting relationships with clients, making them feel valued and supported.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment.
• Thoroughly clean treatment rooms and disinfect all equipment and materials between clients to uphold high hygiene standards.
• Support front desk operations by assisting with appointment scheduling, client inquiries, and other reception tasks as needed.
Qualifications
• Canadian Medical Aesthetics diploma or certificate (preferred).
• Laser Hair Removal certification (preferred).
• Candela Gentle Max Pro Plus Certificate (preferred)
• At least 2 year of experience in laser hair removal, specifically using Candela systems.
• Strong knowledge of laser hair removal procedures and equipment
• Excellent customer service skills are highly preferred
• Must have flexible availabilities including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Competitive salary: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
