Hiring: Inventory Control Floor Lead
Job description
- Candidates support Inventory Control Associates with performing real time audits of on hand inventory as part of our SOX program.
- They actively communicate results and findings across distribution center departments.
- They will train and develop department-specific skills across any associate on the team and can raise needs for specific learning approaches to create an inclusive environment, such as linguistic support.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience leading others directly or indirectly.
- 1 year of experience providing facilitation and training is required for candidates.
- They must have a strong understanding of key warehouse functions and standard processes.
- They must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- They must have the ability to effectively communicate with the team members and business partners both written and verbal.
- They must be capable of adapting to third party technologies (RF scanners, voice picking and new systems).
- They must be excellent counting skills and detail focused.
- Candidates must have ability to meet attendance requirements.
Work setting
- Candidates must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- They must have the ability to maintain a safe work environment.
- They must be flexible and adaptable with schedules which could include nights, working required holidays, weekends with occasional after-hours requirements and overtime.
