• Prior hotel management experience is preferred.
• Experience opening hotels and Marriott experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
• Hiring, motivating, and rewarding a winning management team that supports our company’s mission statement and cornerstones.
• Liaising with the hotel brand, owners, and Concord to facilitate a successful business operation.
• Orchestrating brand training, operational deadlines, and ordering supplies.
• Networking with city officials as the face of our exciting and upscale hotel.
