Responsibilities
Develop software solutions to optimize workforce utilization and productivity.
Coach junior engineers and participate in the interviewing process.
Contribute to team discussions and set standards for product development.
Take ownership of product maintenance and improvement.
Requirements
3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience.
Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
