Concierge Position-Part Time On Call – Ottawa
Trillium HR has an amazing entry level opportunity for a polished, well-spoken individual to get their start in an administrative role!
As the Concierge Receptionist, you will welcome and greet clients and direct them to the appropriate people or boardroom location.
The Receptionist is the “face” of the company, answering phone calls and providing exceptional customer service experiences to both internal and external clients.
What you will do:
• Greet and welcome visitors and respond to any of their needs.
• Escort visitors to meeting location.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.
• Assist with small projects
• No email or computer duties
What you will bring:
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism
• The ability to multi-task while maintaining professional composure.
• Ability to respond to changing priorities.
Hours:
• Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
