About the Role
A key leadership position in our AWS Global Sales team, responsible for driving adoption of Amazon Web Services within Canadian customers. As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead a team focused on increasing revenue and market penetration in strategic global accounts. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive account plans, creating compelling value propositions around AWS services, and accelerating customer adoption.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build strategies, secure alignment, and drive accountability with the OneTeam group of stakeholders
2. Drive revenue growth and market share in defined territories or industry verticals
3. Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets through effective sales pipeline management and contract negotiations
4. Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
5. Collaborate with partners to extend reach and drive adoption of AWS services
6. Manage moderate travel requirements to support business growth and development

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. 10+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives
2. Proven track record in building profitable partner ecosystems and developing detailed go-to-market plans
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience developing and executing strategic plans for global accounts with OneTeam groups of stakeholders
2. Strong leadership skills, with ability to build and manage high-performing teams
