As a Registered Nurse with STGi, you will have the opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding environment, where you will be responsible for providing medical care to patients who present with a variety of conditions and medical complaints.
Your primary responsibilities will include completing triage and initial data collection on all incoming patients, assessing patient’s physical and mental condition, documenting assessments and reassessments on documentation tools provided, utilizing electronic health records (EHR), and providing pertinent patient transfer note and associated paperwork.
In addition, you will be responsible for providing basic radiological studies, collaborating with APC to take radiological film, maintaining processor and associated equipment, and maintaining filing system according to HIPAA procedures.
• *Requirements and Qualifications:**
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Licensure/Certification: Valid unrestricted Wyoming state licensure or RN license in a compact state, ACLS & BLS certification, TNCC preferred, PALS (or equivalent) preferred
• Experience: Minimum of one year experience in an Emergency Department or ICU or applicable experience
