Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team at Viacore. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and customers. You will work closely with our Shipper and Receiver so that you can cross-train and assist with vacation replacement, so a valid Driver’s License will also be required. Your contributions will directly support our mission of excellence in service and quality.
Responsibilities
• Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness in all areas of the facility.
• Utilize commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing cleaning duties.
• Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled hours.
• Assist with heavy lifting and moving of equipment as needed.
• Keep management Informed on low stock that requires purchasing
• Work closely with Shipper/receiver to serve as vacation replacement and support
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Requirements
• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services preferred.
• ·A valid G License and reliable transportation
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
• Familiarity with the use of cleaning tools and equipment, including power tools.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required.
