Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker to provide direct care to residents in our 242-bed Long-Term Care Home.
This is a permanent part-time position with guaranteed 30 hours bi-weekly, working day shifts. The ideal candidate will have PSW certification and be able to perform physical tasks and duties, including frequent bending, reaching and lifting.
The successful candidate will:
• Assist residents with mobility, feeding, bathing, toileting and personal grooming
• Encourage resident participation in activities and programs
• Provide emotional and social support to residents and families
