We’re an offline customer acquisition provider for online businesses in Australia, New Zealand, Europe and now expending all over the US. Oppizi converts offline buyers to online buyers via the distribution of flyers. We work with high-value clients like Uber, UberEats, DoorDash, and many others. We are currently on the hunt for a Brand Activation Reviewer (Mystery Shopper) in Winnipeg, MB.
About the Role
As a Brand Activation Reviewer your role will be to ensure the smooth running of our operations in Winnipeg, MB and to make sure Brand Ambassadors are following the client’s guidelines in regards to the presentation, the knowledge of the pitch and the correct distribution of flyers.
• Supervising: Performing scheduled checks on Brand Ambassadors at various locations around Winnipeg, MB.
• Analysing: Cross referencing the supervision analysis with the client’s KPI in order to make operational changes.
• Reporting: Creating detailed reports which will be emailed to various clients
Skills/Experience
Communication: Excellent written and oral skills, must be fluent in English
Attitude: Dynamic, proactive, organised, team-player, problem solver, meticulous attention to detail.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Proficient.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
