2. Area Manager
Job Requirements:
- Oversee day-to-day operations in a fulfillment or sortation center.
- Manage and mentor a team of associates to meet operational targets.
- Ensure workplace safety, compliance, and efficiency in logistics processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement strategies.
- Coordinate with senior leadership to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of leadership experience in operations or warehouse management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is an asset.
