2. Area Manager

Job Requirements:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations in a fulfillment or sortation center.
2. Manage and mentor a team of associates to meet operational targets.
3. Ensure workplace safety, compliance, and efficiency in logistics processes.
4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement strategies.
5. Coordinate with senior leadership to optimize workflow and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. 1-3 years of leadership experience in operations or warehouse management.
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
4. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
5. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is an asset.
