**About the Role**
Uber Eats is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Representative to join our team. As an Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in growing our partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with restaurant partners. We are seeking individuals with a background in sales and account management, along with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. • *What You’ll Do**
Sales and Business Development:
– Identify, prospect, and onboard new restaurant partners to expand the Uber Eats platform
– Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Account Management:
– Manage and nurture existing restaurant partner relationships
– Ensure partner satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly
Market Research Skills:
– Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and draw actionable insights to inform decision-making.
Data Analysis:
– Utilize data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, both for Uber Eats and our restaurant partners.
Creative Problem Solving:
– Collaborate with restaurant partners to solve problems and identify innovative solutions to enhance their business on the Uber Eats platform
• *Basic Qualifications**
– Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred
– Go-Getter and Ambitious: A proactive and ambitious mindset, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets
– Creative Thinker: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges and drive growth
– Customer-Centric: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a focus on ensuring the success of restaurant partners
– Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using various software tools and platforms, as well as a willingness to adapt to new technologies
• *Preferred Qualifications**
– Sales and Account Management Experience: Prior experience in sales and account management, particularly in the food delivery industry or related fields, is a strong advantage
– Multilingual: Ability to speak and write fluently in multiple languages is highly desirable to effectively communicate with a diverse range of restaurant partners
For Canada-based roles: The base hourly rate amount for this role is CAD$23.56 per hour. Additionally, our Sales Representatives are eligible to participate in the Company’s Incentive program and will be eligible for a cash variable incentive target of $32,667 annually based on individual sales performance, with any amount of incentive payment based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan.
