Position Accountabilities:
• Develop and execute account and commodity sales strategy to meet business objectives.
• Assess and mitigate key risks to the business strategy, ensuring a stable and secure environment.
• Meet yield, price, and total revenue targets, maintaining high standards of performance.
• Lead contract renewals, implementing effective negotiating strategies to drive value for the company.
• Develop creative solutions and negotiate favorable trades during contract negotiations.
• Identify, qualify, and secure key business development opportunities to drive growth.
• Nurture customer relationships with key stakeholders, including current and future customers, partners, and organizations, to achieve business strategy.
• Communicate terms of sale and collaborate with stakeholders on service standards to facilitate execution and measure product reliability.
• Gather market and customer intelligence, sharing insights with internal stakeholders to inform business decisions.
• Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of revenue growth opportunities.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects with extended sales cycles, delivering results in complex environments.
• Build and mentor an exceptional sales organization, fostering a growth-oriented culture.
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, marketing, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional sales experience in energy, transportation, logistics, or supply chain industries.
• Solid understanding of the sales process and demonstrated revenue growth.
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, driving successful outcomes.
• Financial acumen and analysis skills, informing business decisions.
• Valid driver’s license and passport required.
