Job description
Smitten Kitten, a local designer-maker of award winning gift and paper goods, is looking to hire a super-fantastic Product Assembler! Products include but are not limited to greeting card boxsets, gift tag packages, jewelry, screen printed items and printed paper goods. You will be working out of @ihaveacrushonyoushop, SK’s brick and mortar shop/studio in Liberty Village. A fun yet very productive environment.
May be required to work on weekends (either Saturday or Sunday).
General responsibilities include:
· Following instructions to accurately assemble components into finished products
· Assisting in the production of Smitten Kitten and I Have A Crush On You products
· Monitoring and replenishing inventory of necessary assembly materials and parts
Occasional responsibilities include:
· Assisting in packing and shipping completed products
· General cleaning
· Miscellaneous handy tasks around the shop
We’re looking for someone who is a great communicator, is organized, and detail oriented. Someone who has excellent time management skills and sufficient finger dexterity.
Additional creative skills, a bonus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week
