Job Title: Dealership Development Representative (Part Time, Remote) – Canada, Toronto
Company Overview:
We are a leading company specializing in fully prefabricated tiny houses with built-in furniture. Our products are designed for international shipping and export. As the brand owner, we are seeking two Dealership Development Representative (Part Time) in the Canada to help expand our market presence by finding exclusive dealers to represent and distribute our innovative products.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Dealership Development Representative (Part Time) to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is critical in identifying and securing exclusive dealership agreements with reputable distributors across the Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in franchise, wholesale, distributorship, dealership related business negotiation experience and have network with government authorities (preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential dealers and distributors in the Canada.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
2. Lead Generation & Outreach:
• Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective exclusive dealers.
• Initiate contact with potential dealers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to present our products and business plan.
3. Relationship Building:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing dealers.
• Serve as the main point of contact for dealer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
4. Negotiation & Closing:
• Negotiate terms and conditions of dealership agreements, ensuring alignment with company pricing and policies.
• Close deals with high-potential dealers, securing exclusive distribution rights.
5. Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
• Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and progress.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the franchise, wholesale, distributorship, dealership related business negotiation experience.
• Strong network and contacts within relevant industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Location:
Remote position, based in the Canada.
