We are currently looking for a PT Sales Associate!
Role Responsibility
The ideal candidate has personality, a positive and can-do attitude, and an interest in fashion and footwear. Experience is not necessary as long as you have a love for the products, however previous retail or cash experience is an asset.
Sales associates report directly to the Store Manager and work closely with the Assistant Manager and Keyholder. They participate in all day-to-day operations while adhering to all company policies and represent the Madden Way values.
Supporting the sales team by providing customer service excellence using product knowledge and salesmanship. Associates generate sales and are evaluated by Key Performance Indicators while supporting the store through visual changes, stock receiving and housekeeping.

Compensation
Hourly wage plus commission
