We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager to own a specific service type variation and/or geography and work cross-functionally to define and execute a roadmap that improves delivery quality and the customer experience.
In addition to strategy development and execution, this role will create and optimize critical mechanisms to ensure long-term success. The person in this role will deliver business and senior leader reviews, aligning teams toward coherent strategies that move the needle on quality, speed, and cost.
Required Skills and Qualifications
“>
– 8+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– A career trajectory that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility and proven success delivering business results
