Learn Program Manager Role
Our Learn team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to help drive the delivery of our key programs.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading large, complex programs supporting diverse customer populations, developing change management communications and effective training for internal stakeholders and system users, and communicating status risks, and changes of program milestones to a large user population and senior business leaders.
Key qualifications include 5+ years of program or project management experience, experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements, experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
