About Our Client
A well-established, Design-Build General Contractor based in Windsor, proudly serving Southwestern Ontario since 1969. Job Description
• Collaborate as a key member of the team, supporting ownership, clients, and coworkers.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and job site walkthroughs to gather project information.
• Analyze construction documents, specifications, addenda, bid requirements, and geotechnical reports.
• Perform accurate material take-offs for all relevant trades.
• Prepare tender packages and issue RFQs to subcontractors.
• Develop detailed cost estimates for labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing.

The Successful Applicant
• 5-10 years of experience in construction estimating.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
