Skyview Blinds & Shades
Skyview Shades seeking a creative, passionate, energetic, design knowledge Sales Representatives/Shades Expert who is inspired by colour designs and passionate about customer service. We are looking for talented part time team members who are passionate and energetic about providing an exceptional shopping experience.
You will be attending phone calls, emails, selling products, providing quote, greeting customers, scheduling orders and any other services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. We are small retailer – you will have more flexibility in your daily role. This is a part-time position, candidates must be available over the weekends to work in scheduled day shifts.
Primary Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet customers and identify their needs.
Selling Blinds, shades, wallpaper and other décor items.
Product showcase,
Explain products and services to customers.
Generate quotes.
Client Relations
Qualifications:
Passionate, Creative, self-starter, people-person.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build customer relations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Fast learner
Can work independently AND be a team player
Previous retail experience in sales, customer service would be an asset.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Schedule:
• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Every Weekend
• Weekends as needed
Experience:
• sales: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
• Class 5 Licence (preferred)
