Job Description:
Fanshawe College is seeking interested and experienced legal professionals to teach part-time in the Law Clerk (LCK) program in the School of Public Safety.
Reporting to the Associate Dean, School of Public Safety, part-time professors are responsible for teaching courses within the Law Clerk program and developing an effective learning environment for students.

These are part-time temporary Faculty positions (up to 6 hours per week) starting September 2, 2025, and ending December 12, 2025.

These positions are located at Fanshawe’s main campus at 1001 Fanshawe College Blvd., London, Ontario.
General Qualifications:
• Combination of excellent leadership and teaching skills with a strong commitment to academic excellence and student success
• Excellent communicator(verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to relate effectively to a wide variety of learners
• Strong technical/computer skills and familiarity with educational technologies are required
• Teaching experience with hybrid and/or online delivery preferred
• Related industry work experience, previous college teaching experience and knowledge of curriculum design and student evaluations are assets
Specific Qualifications:
• Post-secondary 4-year degreein University Law Program or Law Clerk Program graduate
• Master’s Degree in related field an asset
• Minimum 5 years’ recent and relevant industry experience
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• If applicant is a Lawyer, membership in good standing with Law Society of Ontario is required (must provide LSO number)
