Hiring: Building Maintenance Technician (On-Call) – Multiple Properties | Edmonton
Wage: \$25–\$35/hour (Based on Experience)
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled **Building Maintenance Technician** to join our team on an ‘on-call’ basis. This position involves servicing and maintaining multiple residential and commercial properties across Edmonton
Key Responsibilities:
• General maintenance and repair work (plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc.)
• Responding to emergency maintenance calls
• Performing routine inspections of buildings and systems
• Minor landscaping and seasonal upkeep
• Coordinating with property management for service needs
Requirements:
• Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Basic tools and equipment an asset
• Flexibility to respond to after-hours and weekend calls as needed
Compensation:
\$25–\$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
