Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to oversee and drive the success of our Construction Services sales operations. In this pivotal role, you will lead a talented team of sales professionals, execute strategic sales initiatives, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. By fostering innovation and collaboration, you will play a key role in achieving revenue growth and enhancing market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with corporate goals to maximize revenue growth.
• Team Development: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of Account Managers and Sales Specialists to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Customer Excellence: Build lasting relationships with clients by addressing their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Sales Performance: Monitor pipeline growth, analyze sales activity, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue objectives.
• Coaching & Training: Facilitate ongoing coaching programs to enhance the skills and expertise of your sales team.
• Market Analysis: Identify potential prospects, rank opportunities, and assign responsibilities to team members strategically.
• Technology Integration: Ensure effective use of sales tools, such as proposal programs, pricing tools, and CRM platforms, to streamline processes.
• Pricing & Service Strategies: Collaborate with senior management to establish competitive pricing models and service offerings.
• Recruitment & Hiring: Lead the hiring process to attract top talent for the sales team.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the absence of a degree.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business-to-business sales, with at least 3 years in leadership roles involving cold-calling, prospecting, and client acquisition.
