Receptionist

Duties:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
– Schedule meeting room booking
– Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
 Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

– Will be required to provide coverage at two locations within walking distance on a daily basis.

Skills:

– Strong English required
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
– Proficient in using computer software such as Office Suite
– Minimum 2 years reception experience
– Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism

Pay: $19.25-$21.00 per hour

Education:
• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
• Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
• Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
