Rainbow Contractors is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our warehouse team as a Driver
We design & build architectural woodwork solutions for our numerous retail, institutional and commercial clients at our production facility in Calgary, AB. Our woodwork designs are unparalleled in quality and execution, and we work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to constantly innovate our product offerings.
This position is accountable for the safe and accurate delivery and loading/unloading of raw goods and finished cabinetry to various job sites on time and on budget.
Some of the job duties will include, but are not limited to:
• To deliver transported materials to various sites without damage and on time
• Follow all company safe driving policies – including log book record-keeping
• Perform Basic maintenance on truck ( gas, oil, cleanliness)
• Check P.O’s to packing slip at suppliers when doing pickups
• perform warehouse duties using material handling equipment (eg: forklift);
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Clean Driver’s Abstract
• Class 5 Driver’s License
• At Least 3 to 5 years Experience on 5 Ton
• Experience within the construction industry an asset
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
• Ability to travel as needed.
