• *Air Canada Rouge Job Description**

We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals who enjoy travel to join our team in Toronto. To be eligible, you must be willing to relocate to Toronto from the Sudbury Region.

Primary Flight Attendant Responsibilities:

• Prepare the aircraft for boarding and ensure a thorough understanding of safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers 
through one-on-one interactions and intercom announcements.
• Welcome and engage with customers throughout the flight to create a welcoming environment.
• Ensure adherence to mandatory safety protocols.
• Liaise with the flight deck crew to guarantee a smooth and well-operated flight with excellent customer communication.
• Provide in-flight snack, meal, and beverage service, as well as onboard product sales.
• Operate and assist with the in-flight entertainment system.
• Assist customers with various needs, including carry-on baggage storage and seating arrangements.
• Manage onboard incidents and emergencies.
• Respond to medical incidents or emergencies, providing First Aid when necessary.
• Maintain the general cleanliness of the aircraft.
• Share customer feedback with management and contribute to improving the customer experience.
• Submit required safety reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Canadian Passport without restrictions.
• Live within 90 minutes of Toronto Pearson Airport or willing to relocate.
• Able to obtain Transport Canada security clearance.
• Access to the internet for last-minute changes and communications.
• Comfortable working at high altitudes in a pressurized cabin.
• Customer service experience an asset.
• Meet Air Canada Rouge’s medical standards to qualify for the role, including passing a medical evaluation and drug and alcohol test.

Language Skills:

• Prefers candidates fluent in both English and French.
• Preference given to candidates speaking additional languages, including bilingual (French), Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Greek, Italian, Hebrew, Japanese, German, Punjabi, Hindi, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Korean.
