Pine Development Inc. is seeking a part-time marketing video specialist to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that showcases our projects and builds an engaged following on social media.
Your primary focus will be on creating short-form videos optimized for Instagram Reels and Stories. You will also be responsible for helping to create a consistent visual and content style across all our social media posts.
You should have a strong portfolio of video content creation experience, including planning, filming, and editing mobile-first content using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro. You should also be creative, know what makes content engaging and watchable, and have a good understanding of real estate, architecture, or construction.
