About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our team and create user-centric interfaces for our digital platform. This individual will need to understand the needs of our Corporate Partners/Planting Partners/internal team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Stakeholder Collaboration, Communication, and Analysis:
• You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand and help prioritize user goals, needs, and constraints.
• You will conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
• You will analyze data and feedback to inform design decisions and improvements and continuously improve the product.
• Wireframing, Prototyping, and Interface Design:
• You will create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts and produce effective visual solutions for presenting complex data.
• You will create designs for both web and native android applications.
• You will iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.
• You will develop high-fidelity visual designs for digital interfaces, considering both aesthetics and functionality.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role in a tech company, with a strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving and design expertise.
• Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of front-end technologies, responsive design, and design systems.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, visual design, and mobile-first experiences.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams within an agile environment.
• Familiarity with GIS or map-based solutions is a plus.
