Requirements:

Lecturer I/II: The recently completed Ministry of Education “Eligibility Criteria for Appointments and Promotions in Management, Tutorial, Education Technician and Workshop Assistant Positions at Post-Secondary Institutions” will be used to guide the selection process.

Land and Surveying

1. An accredited Bachelor’s Degree in a Field of study relevant to a specialised discipline offered at the institution,

2. A Diploma/ Certificate in Education or Associate Degree in Education and a minimum of two (2) years of teaching experience,

3. Evidence of at least a hundred (100) hours of unsupervised practical experience in the specialized field of interest.

OR

1. An accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Education,

2. A minimum of seven (7) years of teaching experience/ work experience in the specialised discipline offered at the Institution ,

3. Evidence of at least a hundred (100) hours of unsupervised practical experience in the specialized field of interest.

OR

1. An accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering,

2. A Diploma/ Certificate in Education or Associate Degree in Education,

3. A minimum of four(4) years of teaching/ work experience in the specialised discipline offered at the Institution and,

4. Evidence of at least a hundred (100) hours of unsupervised practical experience in the specialized field of interest.

OR

1. A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in the relevant field and,

2. Three years of relevant experience.

OR

1. City and Guilds Teaching Certificate Part 2 or 3 and,

2. Five years relevant experience.

3. Any other qualification considered equivalent.
