The Benefits Specialist is responsible for supporting the development of healthcare benefits strategy, retirement strategy, and all other remaining benefits programs via execution and analysis activities. He/she contributes towards the fostering of an employee-centric workplace approach that results in the improved well-being of all employees enrolled in UPS benefits programs and related initiatives. The Benefits Specialist supports the Benefits Supervisor to ensure all benefits programs are competitive, cost effective, sustainable, and implemented correctly.
