Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting recruitment and sales calls. It will be a 80/20 split where you will grow into one of the roles. You will leverage your expertise in human resources and recruitment strategies to build strong relationships with candidates and clients alike. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of HR sourcing techniques and have experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM

Job Types:

Full-time or Part-time

Pay:

From $60,000.00 per year + bonuns/commission

OTE:

$85,000

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including cold calling, to identify potential candidates and clients.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions within the ATS, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Provide training development support for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools for success.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive recruitment experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resources.

Experience

• Proven experience in recruiting or human resources, preferably in a consultancy or agency setting.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce to manage candidate relationships effectively.
• Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and best practices in recruiting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
