HR Coordinator

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Coordinator to join our team at Aritzia and help support the Human Resources department. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and help ensure the smooth running of daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. This individual should be a self-starter who is motivated by the chance to make a positive impact on our business. Responsibilities:

-Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
-Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews
-Manage employee records, such as documentation and data entry
-Help to facilitate HR-related tasks and activities, such as performance reviews and training
-Answer questions and provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures
-Maintain current knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and best practices
-Assist with special projects and other related tasks as needed
-Develop and implement strategies to improve HR processes and procedures
-Create and maintain reports and other relevant documents as required
